Graves <br />Chairman, Board of County Commissioners <br />Indian River County <br />Vero Beach, Florida <br />Dear Bob: <br />This is to express to you and the other members of the Board <br />my appreciation for your cooperation in my capacity as ex -officio <br />clerk to the Board of County Commissioners. <br />It was and still is my desire to be here on Tuesday, January 5, <br />1965, at which time the new officials take office, but it will not <br />be possible for me to be here. The doctors at the University Medical <br />Center in Gainesville had made an appointment for me to be there on <br />January 5 and 6 for a check-up and treatment for my thyroid condition, <br />which as most of you know, has given me trouble for about 4 year. <br />I am very pleased that Ralph was elected Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court. He is well-trained and very deserving of the position.
