s <br /> ADDENDUM to AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE AND SELL REAL ESTATE <br /> Between <br /> Indian River County , a political subdivision of the State of Florida ( " County" ) <br /> And <br /> William Osment , III and Jewell W . Osment , his wife ( " Seller" ) <br /> The parties to the said Agreement To Purchase And Sell Real Estate acknowledge and agree to <br /> the following conditions : <br /> 1 . No more than 50 feet from the current front of the property will be included in the sale . <br /> 2 . The sidewalk to be constructed by the County will extend to the east property line only . <br /> 3 . A culvert will be installed under the existing driveway with adequate and proper drainage <br /> under the street to be constructed . <br /> 4 . The new paved street shall extend at least to the west property line of 6886 61St Street (the <br /> adjacent property to the west of Seller' s property) . <br /> 5 .The County will , at the County' s sole expense , pave the driveway from the street to the newly <br /> established property line to the proper grade . <br /> 6 .
