RESERVING on, over and across the South 35 feet (measured southward from a line beginning 35 feet North of the Point of Beginning on the West line of the parcel hereinabove described and running East to an intersection with the Westerly right of way line of Indian River Boulevard) of the above described parcel for drainage and location of drainage structures.
