Boot 9 114E172 <br />WEDNESDAY, MARCH 24, 1965 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County met at <br />the Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida; in a regular meeting held at <br />8:30 o'clock A. M., Wednesday, March 24, 1965. All members were <br />present. Also present were John H. Sutherland, County Attorney:' <br />Edwin S. Schmucker, County Engineer: and Alfred H. Webber and Ruth <br />Elliott, Deputy Clerks. <br />Mr. Frank Zorc, owner of Sun Acres Subdivision, appeared before <br />the Board and requested the Board to vacate and abandon a five foot public <br />utility and drainage easement on the rear lot lines of Lots 1 through 7, <br />Sun Acres Subdivision as there was an error in the written dedication <br />on the plat when it was recorded. On Motion made by Commissioner <br />Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Waddell and unanimously carried, <br />the following. Resolution was adopted: <br />
