Agreement. After receipt of the Statutory List by the Contractor, the Contractor acknowledges and agrees <br /> that it will diligently proceed to complete all items on the Statutory List and schedule a final walk-through <br /> in anticipation of final completion on the Project. <br /> SC 14 . 04D Delete paragraph 14 .04D of the General Conditions in its entirety and replace with the <br /> following : <br /> At the time of delivery of the tentative certificate of Substantial Completion, Engineer will deliver to Owner <br /> and Contractor a written recommendation as to division of responsibilities pending final payment between <br /> Owner and Contractor with respect to security, operation, safety, and protection of the Work, maintenance, <br /> heat, utilities, insurance, and warranties and guarantees. <br /> SC 14 .07A . 3 Delete paragraph 14. 07A. 3 of the General Conditions in its entirety. <br /> SC- 14 .0713 . 1 Delete paragraph 14. 07B . I of the General Conditions in its entirety and replace with the <br /> following : <br /> 1 . If, on the basis of Engineer's observation of the Work during construction and final inspection , and <br /> Engineer's review of the final Application for Payment and accompanying documentation, all as required <br /> by the Contract Documents, Engineer is satisfied that the Work has been completed and Contractor's other <br /> obligations under the Contract Documents have been fulfilled, Engineer will indicate, within twenty days <br /> after receipt of the final Application for Payment, in writing Engineer's recommendation of payment and <br /> present the Application to Owner for payment. Thereupon Engineer will give written notice to Owner and <br /> Contractor that the Work is acceptable. Otherwise, Engineer will return the Application for Payment to <br /> Contractor, indicating in writing the reasons for refusing to recommend final payment, in which case <br /> Contractor shall make the necessary corrections and resubmit the Application for Payment. <br /> SC- 14.07 . C. I Delete paragraph GC- 14.07. C. I in its entirety and replace with the following : Payment shall <br /> be made by Owner to Contractor according to the Local Government Prompt Payment Act, Florida <br /> Statutes section 218 . et.seq. <br /> SC 14 . 08 Delete paragraph 14 .08 of the General Conditions in its entirety. <br /> SC 14. 09 Delete paragraph 14 .09 of the General Conditions in its entirety. <br /> ARTICLE 15 - SUSPENSION OF WORK AND TERMINATION <br /> SC- 15 .02 .A. I Delete subparagraph 15 . 02 .A . I of the General Conditions in its entirety, and replace with <br /> the following: <br /> 1 .
