I. Contractor shall famish performance and payment <br /> bonds, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract 5 .04 Comractor '.s Liability Insurance <br /> Price as security for the faithful performance and payment <br /> of all of Contractor' s obligations under the Contract A . Contractor shall purchase and maintain such liability <br /> Documents. These bonds shall remain in effect until one and other insurance as is appropriate for the Work being <br /> year after the date when final payment becomes due or performed and as will provide protection from claims set <br /> until completion of the correction period specified in forth below which may arise out of or result from <br /> Paragraph 13 .07, whichever is later, except as provided Contractor's performance of the Work and Contractor' s <br /> otherwise by Laws or Regulations or by the Contract other obligations under the Contract Documents, whether <br /> Documents. Contractor shall also furnish such other it is to be performed by Contractor, any Subcontractor or <br /> bonds as are required by the Contract Documents.
