1 . Jeffrey C . Asher's wife , Linda K. Asher, hereby joins in as a party <br /> to said License Agreement, and the term " Licensee " shall mean Jeffrey C . <br /> Asher and Linda K. Asher. <br /> 2 . Paragraph 3 of the License Agreement is deleted in its entirety and <br /> substituted with the following : <br /> 163 . Licensee has sought permission to utilize the <br /> riparian land of County along the east right-of-way line of <br /> Calcutta Drive , generally described as due east of the south <br /> property line of Lot 14 and including the north 1 /3 of property <br /> east of Lot 15 , Block 2 , Replat of Country Club Pointe <br /> Subdivision , Unit 1 for the construction of a dock for the <br /> personal recreational use of themselves and/or occupants of <br /> said Lot 3 , Block 2 , Replat of Country Club Pointe , Unit 1 . " <br /> 3 . Paragraph 5 of the License Agreement is deleted in its entirety and <br /> substituted with the following : <br /> "5 . Licensee agrees to pay County $ 100 . 00 plus <br /> applicable sales tax on January 29 , 2007 and each <br /> anniversary thereof, for the exclusive right of Licensee <br /> and/or occupants of Lot 3 , Block 2 , Replat of Country Club <br /> Pointe , Unit 1 , to utilize said dock for the purposes stated <br /> herein . " <br /> 2 <br />
