WEDNESDAY, MAY 19, 196S <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by <br />Commissioner Haffield, and unanimously carried, the following <br />Resolution was adopted: <br />RESOLUTI O N <br />WHEREAS, there is an existing platted right of way known <br />as 2nd Street in Ambersand Beach Subdivision, Unit 2, and <br />WHEREAS, there has been established a bulkhead line approxi- <br />mately one thousand feet went of the shore line boundary of this right <br />of way, and <br />WHEREAS, there is a portion of bay area remaining between <br />the newly constructed A -1-A and the shore line boundary of this right <br />of way, and <br />WHEREAS, on May 25th, 1965, there will be presented a bulk- <br />head application on either side of the extension of this right of way <br />on behalf of Nancy L. McLarty, and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County wishes to remove any question <br />of title to this right of way of this submerged land which would be <br />the extended boundary lines of the right of way, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners in regular session this 19th day of May, 1965, do urgently <br />request the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of Florida to <br />deed to Indian River County the submerged land portion of 2nd Street <br />right of way in Ambersand Beach Subdivision, Unit 2, lying between <br />the Atlantic Ocean and the bulkhead line, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a certified copy of this reso- <br />lution be forwarded to the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund <br />of Florida in Tallahassee, Florida. <br />THE BOARD OF COUNTY C0MMISSIp R.5 <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COU TYigi IABD►`. ice► <br />MAY 11965 <br />
