BOOK 9 PACE 242 <br />Notice of Application made by Robert F. Lloyd, on behalf of. Henry <br />C. Starch for the purchase of submerged land in,the Indian River, City <br />of Sebastian, was also presented and no objections, were expressed. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner <br />Macdonald and unanimously carried that the County Engineer be authorized <br />to meet with the State Road Department in Ft. Lauderdale. <br />The County Engineer requested permission to purchase blinds for <br />the Tax Assessor's office. Upon Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, <br />seconded by Commissioner McCullers, and'unanimously carried, the re- <br />quest was granted. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers and unanimously carried, that the County Engineer be 'authorized <br />to purchase a Victor adding machine for $450.00 to be used in his office. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers and unanimously carried that.. the County Engineer be authorized <br />to notify the Beverage Department that the application of J. W. Mosely, <br />Mosely Filling Station, 450 26th 7�venue, for a beer and wine, package <br />sales only, license, does not violate the zoning regulations of the <br />County. <br />The County Engineer presented a plat prepared by Carter Engineering <br />Firm and upon Motion by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner <br />Haffield and unanimously carried, the Re -plat of Cannon Subdivision, <br />Blocks 13, 14, 15, was approved, subject to the lots being re -vamped <br />to a minimum of 5,000 square feet in area. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers and unanimously carried, that, the officers bonds be approved <br />at the present level. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers and unanimously carried that the Indian River Citrus Bank and <br />the Florida National Bank be designated as depositories for county funds. <br />and that funds be kept in ratio to the assets. <br />JUN -91966 <br />
