10 - 03 - 06 <br /> 7CG <br /> RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT FOR MASS TRANSIT SERVICE PROVISION <br /> between <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> and <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY COUNCIL ON AGING , INC . <br /> THIS AGREEMENT , entered into this 3rd day of October , 2006 by and <br /> between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS , hereinafter <br /> referred to as the "County" , and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY COUNCIL ON AGING , INC . , <br /> hereinafter referred to as the "COA" . <br /> WITNESSETH <br /> WHEREAS , the County and COA entered into an Agreement for Mass Transit <br /> Service Provision dated November 19 , 2002 ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the Agreement between the parties was for a period of three years and <br /> although the three year period expired in 2005 , the parties have continued to abide by the <br /> agreement ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the County and the COA are both satisfied with the terms of the <br /> Agreement and wish to extend the Agreement for an additional three years . <br /> THEREFORE , in consideration of their mutual covenants , the parties herein agree <br /> as follows : <br /> 1 . The above recitals are true and correct and incorporated by reference herein . <br /> 2 . The Agreement For Mass Transit Service Provision dated November 19 , 2002 , is <br /> hereby renewed and shall be in full effect for an additional three years from the date of <br /> execution by both parties . <br /> 3 .
