Dan Richardson,.' <br />President of the Citizens' Scholarahip'Foundation, recommending Miss <br />Andrea Sheila Egan for a scholarship. Motion was made by Commissioner <br />Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously carried, <br />that the Board award a $1,000 scholarship to Andrea Sheila Egan. The. <br />Clerk was requested to write the Citizens Scholarship Foundation <br />thanking them for this recommendation and asking their further help <br />in recommendations for the remainder of the scholarship funds. <br />Commissioner Macdonald reported that the increased use of the <br />Sebastian Inlet area might well require consideration from a <br />zoning standpoint in the near future. <br />The County Engineer reported that the Board's request to <br />the State Road Department to provide water and toilet facilities <br />under their Primary Park Appropriations Program by Resolution <br />adopted on May 19. 1965, has been denied. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County, having <br />been audited, were examined and found to be correct, were approved, <br />and warrants issued in settlement of same as follows; General Fund, <br />Nos. 4205 to 4278, both inclusive; Road and Bridge Fund, Nos. 2794 to <br />2865, both inclusive; Fine and Forfeiture Fund, Nos 420 to 425 both <br />inclusive; and Capital Outlay Fund, Nos. 116 to 119, both inclusive. <br />Such bills and accounts being on file in the Office of the Clerk of <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court, the warrants so issued from the respective <br />funds being listed in the Supplemental Minute Book as provided by <br />the rules of the State Auditor, reference to such record and list <br />so recorded, being made a part of these minutes. <br />There being no further business, on Motion made, seconded and <br />carried, the meeting was adjourned. <br />ROBERT W.
