Reclaimed water samples shall be taken at the monitoring site locations listed in permit Condition I. Hourly measurement of pH and total residual chlorine for disinfection during the period of required <br /> Operator attendance may be substituted for continuous measurement. Recording flow meters and totalizers shall be utilized to measure flow and calibrated at least annually. <br /> [62-601. 200(17) and . 500(6), 1244-96] <br /> 20. The arithmetic mean of the monthly fecal coliform values collected during an annual period shall not <br /> exceed 200 per 100 mL of reclaimed water sample. The geometric mean of the fecal coliform values <br /> for a minimum of 10 samples of reclaimed water, each collected on a separate day during a period of <br /> 30 consecutive days (monthly), shall not exceed 200 per 100 mL of sample. No more than 10 percent <br /> of the samples collected (the 90th percentile value) during a period of 30 consecutive days shall exceed <br /> 400 fecal coliform values per 100 mL of sample. Any one sample shall not exceed 800 fecal coliform <br /> values per 100 mL of sample. Note: To report the 90th percentile value, list the fecal coliform values <br /> obtained during the month in ascending order. Report 'the value of the sample that corresponds to the <br /> 90th percentile (multiply the number of samples by 0.9). A minimum of 0. 5 mg/L total residual chlorine must be maintained for aminimum contact time of 15 <br /> minutes based on peak hourly flow.
