Samples shall be taken at the monitoring site locations listed in Permit <br /> described below: <br /> Condition I. Recording flow meters and totalizers shall be utilized to measure flow and calibrated at least annually. <br /> [62401. 200(17) and . 500(6), 12-24-96J <br /> 5. Parameters which must be monitored as a result of a surface water discharge shall be analyzed using a <br /> sufficiently sensitive method in accordance with 40 CFR Part 136. Parameters which must be <br /> monitored as a result of a ground water discharge (i.e., underground injection or land application <br /> system) shall be analyzed in accordance with Chapter 62-601 , F.A.C. The permittee shall provide safe access points for obtaining representative influent, reclaimed water, <br /> and effluent samples which are required by this permit. During the period of operation authorized by this permit, the permittee shall complete and submit to the <br /> Department on a monthly basis Discharge Monitoring Report(s) (DMR), Form 62-620.910( 10), as <br /> attached to this permit. During the period of operation authorized by this permit, reclaimed water or effluent shall be monitored <br /> annually for the primary and secondary drinking water standards contained in Chapter 62-550, F.A.C., <br /> (except for turbidity, total coliforms, color, and corrosivity). Twenty-four hour composite samples <br /> shall be used to analyze reclaimed water or effluent for the primary and secondary drinking water <br /> standards. These monitoring results shall be reported to the Department annually on the Reclaimed <br /> Water or Effluent Analysis Report, Form 62-620.910( 15), or in another format if requested by the <br /> permittee and if approved by the Department as being compatible with data entry into the Department's <br /> computer system. During years when a permit is not renewed, a certification stating that no new non- <br /> domestic wastewater dischargers have been added to the collection system since the last -reclaimed <br /> water or effluent analysis was conducted may be submitted in lieu of the report The annual reclaimed <br /> water or effluent analysis report or the certification shall be completed and submitted in a timely <br /> manner so as to be received by the Department' s Central District Office by March la of each year. <br /> [62-601. 300(4), 1244-96][62-601. 500(3), 124446] <br /> 9. The permittee shall submit an annual report of reclaimed water utilization using Form 62- <br /> 610 . 300(4)(a)2. by January I" of each year.
