The zone of discharge for this project shall extend horizontally 100 feet from the application site or to the facility's property line, whichever is less, and vertically to the base of the surficial aquifer. The permittee shall ensure restricted public access control to the man-made wetlands area and ensure that those persons who enter the area are informed of the nature of the system.
