Ground water monitoring test results shall be submitted on Part D of Form 62-620. 910( 10). Results <br /> shall be submitted with the April, July, October and January DMRs for each year during the period of <br /> operation allowed by this permit. A completed Certification Page shall accompany each quarter o <br /> monitoring data. The permittee shall ensure restricted public access control to the man-made wetlands area and ensure <br /> that those persons who enter the area are informed of the nature of the system.
