Which are solid or *viscous and obstruct flow or otherwise interfere with wastewater fac <br /> operations or treatment; or ility <br /> d. Which result in treatment plant discharges having temperatures above 400C. <br /> [62404. 130(4), 1246-96] <br /> 7. The treatment facility, storage ponds, rapid infiltration basins, and/or infiltration trenches shall be <br /> enclosed with a fence or otherwise provided with features to discourage the entry of animals and <br /> unauthorized persons. [62-610. 418(1), 1-9-96] [62-610. 518(1), 14461 [and 62400. 400(2) (b), 12_ <br /> 24-96] <br /> 8 . Screenings and grit removed from the wastewater facilities shall be collected in suitable containers and <br /> hauled to a Department approved Class I landfill or to a landfill approved by the Department for <br /> receipt/disposal of screenings and grit. [62- 701. 300(1)(a), 44347] <br /> 9 . The permittee shall provide adequate notice to the Department of the following: <br /> a. Any new introduction of pollutants into the facility from an industrial discharger which would be <br /> subject to Chapter 403 , F.S ., and the requirements of Chapter 62-620, F.A.C. if it were directly <br /> discharging those pollutants; and <br /> b. Any substantial change in the volume or character of pollutants being introduced into that facility <br /> by a source which was identified in the permit application and known to be discharging at the time <br /> the permit was issued. <br /> Adequate notice shall include information on the quality and quantity of effluent introduced into <br /> the facility and any anticipated impact of the change on the quantity or quality of effluent or <br /> reclaimed water to be discharged from the facility. <br /> 162-620. 625(2), 124446] <br /> 1X. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> I . The terms, conditions, requirements, limitations and restrictions set forth in this permit are binding and <br /> enforceable pursuant to Chapter 403 , Florida Statutes. Any permit noncompliance constitutes a <br /> violation of Chapter 403 , Florida Statutes, and is grounds for enforcement action, permit termination, <br /> permit revocation and reissuance, or permit revision. [62-620. 610(1), 12-24-961 <br /> 2 . This permit is valid only for the specific processes and operations applied for and indicated in the <br /> approved drawings or exhibits. Any unauthorized deviations from the approved drawings, exhibits, <br /> specifications or conditions of this permit constitutes grounds for revocation and enforcement action by <br /> the Department. [62-620. 610(2), 124446] <br /> 3 . As provided in Subsection 403 . 087(6), F. S ., the issuance of this permit does not convey any vested <br /> rights or any exclusive privileges. Neither does it authorize any injury to public or private property or <br /> any invasion of personal rights, nor authorize any infringement of federal, state, or local laws or <br /> regulations. This permit is not a waiver of or approval of any other Department permit or authorization <br /> that may be required for other aspects of the total project which are not addressed in this permit. [62- <br /> 620. 610(3), 12-2446] <br /> 4. This permit conveys no title to land or water, does not constitute state recognition or acknowledgment <br /> of title, and does not constitute authority for the use of submerged lands unless herein provided and the <br /> 23 D.E.P. - ORLANDO <br /> EXHIBIT NO, 2 <br />
