2 . Respondent shall comply with the requirements of the expired permit , <br /> attached as Exhibit No . 2 , until such time that a wastewater permit is effective or the Facility has <br /> ceased operation or discharge . These interim limits do not act as State of Florida Department of <br /> Environmental Protection Wastewater Permit effluent limitations , nor do they authorize or <br /> otherwise justify violation of the Florida Air and Water Pollution Control Act ( " Act " ) , Part I , <br /> Chapter 403 , Florida Statutes , during the pendency of this Resolution Agreement . <br /> 3 . Analyses shall be reported once each month on a Discharge Monitoring <br /> Report (DMR) , DEP Form 62-620 . 910( 10) , attached as Exhibit 3 . These reports shall be mailed <br /> or hand delivered to the Department of Environmental Protection , Wastewater Facilities <br /> Management Section, MS 3551 , 2600 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee , FL 32399-2400 and the <br /> Department of Environmental Protection, Central District Office , 3319 Maguire Boulevard , Suite <br /> 232 , Orlando , Florida 32803 -3767 once each. month and must be received by the Department no <br /> later than the 28th day following the end of the reporting period (e . g . , the August report would be <br /> due not later than September 28th . ) <br /> 4 . Every calendar quarter after the effective date of this Resolution <br /> Agreement , Respondent shall submit in writing to the Department a report containing information <br /> concerning the status and progress of projects being completed under this Resolution Agreement , <br /> information as to compliance or noncompliance with the applicable requirements of this <br /> Resolution Agreement including construction requirements and effluent limitations , and any <br /> reasons for noncompliance . Such reports shall also include a projection of the work to be <br /> performed pursuant to this Resolution Agreement during the following 3 month period . The <br /> reports shall be submitted to the Department within thirty (30) days following the end of the <br /> quarter . <br /> 9 . The wastewater permit application shall meet all requirements of Chapter 62-620 , <br /> Florida Administrative Code ; including , but not limited to being prepared and sealed by a <br /> professional engineer registered in the State of Florida . In the event the application is deemed to <br /> be incomplete by the Department , the Respondent shall , within 30 days of written request by the <br /> Department , submit to the Department all information requested .
