RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, the head of the St. Johns River is located <br />in Indian River County, and <br />WHEREAS, the control and preservation of this river <br />is imperative for future growth needs of the County, and <br />.r. <br />WHEREAS, -this Board readily agrees to publicize in. <br />formation reports with respect to this'important waterway, and <br />WHEREAS, there is an established zoning regulation for <br />development and planning agencies, and <br />WHEREAS, this Board agrees to preserve any markers <br />or monuments with reference to any Federal surveys, <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Board of County Commissioners in <br />formal session this 19th day of July, 1965, do hereby request <br />the Army Corp of Engineers to study and identify the flood <br />plains of the St. Johns.River Basin, including the main St. Johns <br />River and its tributaries. <br />The several bills and accounts against.the County, having <br />been audited, were examined and found to be correct, were approved, <br />and warrants issued in settlement of same as follows: General Fund, <br />Nos 4279 to 4301, both inclusive; Road and Bridge Fund, Nos. 2866 to . <br />2877, both inclusive; Pine and Forfeiture Fund, Nos. 426 & 427 and <br />Capital Outlay Fund, Nos 120 & 121. Such bills and accounts being <br />on file in the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court, the warrants so <br />issued from the respective funds being listed in the Supplemental <br />Minute Book as provided by the rules of the State Auditor, reference <br />to such record and list so recorded, being made a part of these <br />minutes. <br />There being no further busiAess, on Motion made, seconded <br />and carried, the meeting was adjourned. <br />ATTEST: <br />• <br />'RBERT W.
