Response to Infrastructure Requirements <br /> ✓ IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT THE SELECTED PROPOSER WILL CONVEY THE PLANT SITE TO <br /> OF/IFAS OR THAT THE SELECTED PROPOSER WILL ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> WITH OF/IFAS WITH A MINIMUM TERM OF AT LEAST 40 YEARS FOR THE SITE, AND <br /> ANY NECESSARY EASEMENTS FOR ACCESS AND UTILITIES. IN THE EVENT OF/IFAS <br /> RECEIVES FEE SIMPLE TITLE TO THE SITE, IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT ANOTHER <br /> AGREEMENT WILL BE ENTERED INTO BY THE PARTIES RESPECTING DEVELOPMENT <br /> RIGHTS, UTILITIES AND PERMITTING RIGHTS. IF OF/IFAS LEASES THE SITE, SUCH <br /> MATTERS WILL BE ADDRESSED IN THE LEASE AGREEMENT. <br /> The County will enter into a lease agreement to allow use of the designated site for the specified 40 year period. <br /> The use of the land will he at no cost to the University of Florida. Any necessary easements for access and utilities <br /> for the site will be provided to the University for the project. Specific details of the lease agreement will be <br /> worked out at time of negotiation. <br /> ✓ ADDITIONALLY, ANOTHER AGREEMENT REFLECTING THE COOPERATIVE ASPECTS OF <br /> THE ARRANGEMENT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, OF/IFAS RIGHTS WITH <br /> RESPECT TO THE USE AND ACCESS TO EXISTING ON-SITE LABORATORY FACILITIES, <br /> SCIENTIFIC PERSONNEL AND ON-SITE TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF AND THE <br /> PROVISION AND MANAGEMENT OF FEEDSTOCKS WILL BE NEGOTIATED. <br /> The County will enter into the above referenced agreement with UP/IFAS.
