Fr <br />- <br />AUG <br />1y <br />65 <br />NF elC <br />T3o0K q Ps4E 294 <br />General Election held on November 3; 1959, in accor.:ance with the <br />provisions of.C°hapter 59-486, Laws of Florida of 1959, which said levy <br />shall be used as a maintenance fund for the purposes authorized and <br />prescribed in the Act creating said District, namely, Section 15, Chapter. <br />7976, Laws of Florida, as amended by Chapter 12259, of the Laws of Florida. <br />3. Estimates having been made by the Board of Commissioners of the <br />CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN FLORIDA FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, and a certified <br />copy of the Resolution filed with this Board, as required by law and as <br />estimated by said Board of Commissionere, it is determined and hereby <br />declared that a tax rate of Forty-five hundredths (.45) mill upon the <br />Cellar be levied and is hereby fixed and imposed and assessed for the <br />year 1965, on all of the property in the County of Indian River lying <br />and being within the boundaries of the Central and Southern Florida <br />Flood Control District, the boundaries of amid District being described <br />as including all of the County of Indian River. <br />4. Estimates having been made by the.BOARD OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION <br />of Indian River County, Florida, and a certified copy of the Resolution <br />filed with the Board as required by law and as estimated by said Bord <br />of Public Instruction, it is determined and hereby declared that.a tax <br />rate of Nine and seven hundredths (9.07) mills upon the <br />dollar be levied, and is hereby imposed on all property in the County of <br />Indian River, the same being Eight and fifty-seven hundredths(B.57) <br />mills to meet current expenses incidental and necessary for the <br />operation of Public Schools of the County. and five -tenths (3):, of a <br />mill for reserves for County Buildings and Buses. <br />S. Esti•nates having been made by the Board of Public Instruction <br />for TAX SCHOOL DISTRICT NO.1 and a certified copy of said Resolution <br />having been filed with this Board as required by law, and as estimated <br />by said Board, being the rate of millage voted, it is determined and <br />hereby declared that a tax rate of !e'en (10) mills <br />upon the dollar be levied and is hereby fixed and assessed for the year <br />1965 on all property taxable for such purpose as provided by law in • • <br />said District.comprising all of -Indian River County. <br />
