Work Order 8 <br /> Attachment 1 <br /> Scope of Services <br /> Indian River County <br /> Department of Utility Services <br /> Professional Service Support for the Rockridee Subdivision FEMA Application <br /> General <br /> The original work order was for developing a technical memorandum to explore <br /> alternatives for addressing the Indian River County sewage collection/transmission <br /> problems with the system serving the Rockridge subdivision . As part of this service, the <br /> technical memorandum was to investigate possible FEMA funding that and to prepare the <br /> required FEMA HMGP/ FMA -001 application. FEMA has recently requested additional <br /> information for this application and the County is requesting PBS &J to provide additional <br /> technical support to respond to FEMA ' s request. <br /> Scope of Work <br /> PBS&J will provide professional services to respond to any request by the County in <br /> support of the FEMA application.
