SEP 9 -19 65 <br />BOOK PACE 312 <br />The County Engineer reported that a trailer is located on North <br />Gifford Road on land Mr. Parrish is purchasing from Nor. Raymond Smith <br />which is in violation of the zoning regulations of the County. The <br />County Engineer was instructed by the County Attorney to have the <br />Sheriff serve a Notice to all interested parties that the trailer must <br />be moved within two weeks. <br />The County Engineer was requested to contact Attorney. Charles <br />Herring, the Trustees of the I. I. Board in regard to the status of <br />the deeds to the land at the Sebastian Inlet and to discuss with' <br />Engineer Kenneth Damerow the right-of-way into the park. <br />The County Engineer presented an estimate of $275.00 from Don <br />Smith to .paint the exterior of the building purchased from Klingensmith <br />behind the Courthouse. Tt was the opinion of the Board to have <br />this painting done at such time there is a request for the space. <br />Upon Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />Waddell and unanimously carried, the County Engineer was authorized <br />to proceed with clearing the right-of-way on 44th Avenue, south of <br />Road 60, moving the ditch to the east right-ofway line, as previously <br />authorized in the minutes of July.7, 1965, and to rebuild the road. <br />The Monthly reports of the County Welfare Worker, the County <br />Agent and the County Service Officer were received and placed on <br />file. <br />A report from the State Road Department of the study for a <br />traffic signal at U..S.#1 and 12th Street was received and the <br />minimum warrants for signalization are not met at the present time. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Mc - <br />Cullers and unanimously carried, the installation of street lights <br />at the following locations were approved: Intersection of ALA and <br />Wabasso Beach Road, and intersection of Ranch Road and Route 60.. <br />
