SEP 9 -19 65 BOOK PACE 312 The County Engineer reported that a trailer is located on North Gifford Road on land Mr. Parrish is purchasing from Nor. Raymond Smith which is in violation of the zoning regulations of the County. The County Engineer was instructed by the County Attorney to have the Sheriff serve a Notice to all interested parties that the trailer must be moved within two weeks. The County Engineer was requested to contact Attorney. Charles Herring, the Trustees of the I. I. Board in regard to the status of the deeds to the land at the Sebastian Inlet and to discuss with' Engineer Kenneth Damerow the right-of-way into the park. The County Engineer presented an estimate of $275.00 from Don Smith to .paint the exterior of the building purchased from Klingensmith behind the Courthouse. Tt was the opinion of the Board to have this painting done at such time there is a request for the space. Upon Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Waddell and unanimously carried, the County Engineer was authorized to proceed with clearing the right-of-way on 44th Avenue, south of Road 60, moving the ditch to the east right-ofway line, as previously authorized in the minutes of July.7, 1965, and to rebuild the road. The Monthly reports of the County Welfare Worker, the County Agent and the County Service Officer were received and placed on file. A report from the State Road Department of the study for a traffic signal at U..S.#1 and 12th Street was received and the minimum warrants for signalization are not met at the present time.
