It is our job to bring you back more in funding than you agree to <br />compensate our firm. <br />In exchange for this representation, you agree to compensate this firm with a <br />$75,000.00 fee for the 2008 Legislative Session and any Special Sessions this <br />year. This would be an all-inclusive fee and additional costs would not be <br />incurred. Payment would be made in two parts: $37,500 would be due on or <br />before March 1, 2008; the second payment would then be due on or before May <br />1, 2008, as the Legislative Session concludes. <br />We loom <br />forward to a continued and success'U1 <br />rclationship <br />with <br />Irdian River <br />County. <br />As I indicated, we will work very hard to <br />accomplish <br />your <br />goals. <br />Assuming <br />this <br />meets with our mutual <br />understanding, <br />please have your <br />Chairman <br />sign <br />and return this agreement to <br />our office. <br />Ronald L.
