(SURVEYOR) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . <br /> This Work Order No . 2 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> This Work Order No . 2 is for providing design survey of the Roseland convenient center area. <br /> SECTION III - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Conduct a survey of the Roseland Convenient Center to include the following as a minimum : <br /> 1 . Existing right-of-way limits and/or easements within the limits of the Center. <br /> 2 . Existing parcels, tracts, and lot corner locations shown with front footage dimensions per <br /> plat when platted. Also show back lots dimensions . <br /> 3 . Existing roadway edge of pavement or edge of dirt road . <br /> 4 . Existing utilities as located in field, surface evidence only, (water, sewer, telephone, <br /> electric , etc .) . UNCLES to be contacted by SURVEYOR prior to survey locate. <br /> 5 . Existing utilities associated with Item 3 above (example : valves , meters, manhole, etc . ) . <br /> 6 . Existing curbs, driveways widths and types <br /> 7 . Existing drainage pipe crossings and driveway culverts (types, sizes and invert elevation) . <br /> 8 . Existing swales and/or ditches and elevations every 50 feet at top and bottom . <br /> 9 . Existing fences <br /> 10 . Existing trees and/or shrubbery (edge of vegetation line only) . <br /> 11 . All other non-movable items such as mailboxes , flag poles, etc . ) . <br /> 12 . All construction and/or route surveys shall meet the minimum requirements of Chapter <br /> 61 G17, FAC , Pursuant to Section 472 of the Florida Statutes , <br /> 13 . All elevations shown shall be based an 1929 NGVD . <br /> 14 . All incoming route construction survey CAD drawing files shall be received on a CD <br /> with a tie to state plane coordinates .
