NO - NAME ISLAND FDEP Survey <br /> Indian River County Project No . 0860 <br /> WORK ORDER NO . 7 ( Engineering/Surveying ) <br /> FOR <br /> PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> ANNUAL SURVEYING and MAPPING /GIS SERVICES <br /> WITH <br /> Kimley- Horn and Associates , Inc. <br /> In accordance with Contract No . 0725 2007-2009 <br /> This Work Order No . 7 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated November 6th <br /> 2007 between Kimley- Horn and Associates , Inc . (SURVEYOR) and Indian River County <br /> ( COUNTY) . This Work Order No . 7 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> This Work Order No . 7 is for the SURVEYOR to perform all related field and office Surveying <br /> and Mapping services in connection with the Mean High Water and boundary determinations of <br /> the NO - NAME - ISLAND bordering Round Island River side Park . <br /> SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> As agreed upon between SURVEYOR and the COUNTY , the SURVEYOR shall provide <br /> Professional Land Surveying services to complete all tasks as outlined in this Work Order No . 7 , <br /> and per the attached Scope of Services and cost outline ( Exhibit A) . <br /> ( Cont) <br />
