O ' Brien : <br /> Kimley-Horn and Associates , Inc . ( "KHA") is pleased to submit this letter <br /> agreement (the "Agreement") to Indian River County ("the Client") for providing <br /> survey and mapping services . Our scope of services, schedule, and fee are below . <br /> Scope of Services <br /> Task I — FDEP Mean High Water elevation determination <br /> This task will consist of the following : <br /> • Research tidal information from the FDEP database . <br /> • Submit for Mean High Water Procedural Approval through FDEP and <br /> copy to Indian River County. <br /> • Perform a tidal datum study at No Name Island in accordance with FDEP <br /> requirements . <br /> • Prepare and submit data to FDEP and copy to Indian River County. <br /> • Set 3 tidal benchmarks at Round Island Riverside Park/No Name Island . <br /> Benchmarks will consist of a 4 " x 4 " concrete monument with an <br /> identifying disk or a nail and disk set in the concrete bulkhead . <br /> Task 2 — Prepare a Mean High Water Line Survey of No Name Island <br /> Upon receiving the approved mean high water line elevation from FDEP <br /> this task will consist of the following : <br /> • Establish horizontal (NAD 83 /90) and vertical control (NAVD 88 ) on No <br /> Name Island <br /> • Establish the vertical location of the Mean High Water Line elevation <br /> around the perimeter of No Name Island, approximately 3 ,400 linear feet . <br /> ■ <br /> TEL 772 562 7981 <br /> FAX 772 562 9689 <br />
