AGGREGATE EXCESS LOSS (continued) <br /> CALCULATION OF MONTHLY AGGREGATE ATTACHMENT POINT <br /> Each Monthly Aggregate Attachment Point is calculated by multiplying the number of Covered Units for <br /> that month by the Monthly Aggregate Attachment Factor(s ) shown on the Schedule . <br /> The Monthly Aggregate Attachment Point in any Policy Month cannot be less than 95% of the Monthly <br /> Aggregate Attachment Point for the immediately preceding Policy Month . <br /> If any of the Participating Employer's employees are absent from work due to a strike , lock out , or work <br /> stoppage , the number of Covered Units will remain at the same level as for the month before such <br /> interruption began . <br /> The number of Covered Units used to calculate the Monthly Aggregate Attachment Point in the first month <br /> of the second or subsequent Policy Periods cannot be less than 95% of the number of Covered Units <br /> reported 90 days prior to the end of the immediately preceding Policy Period , <br /> LGC 8809 11 /01 2 <br />
