Catholic Charities of Diocese of Palm Beach Inc., Samaritan Center, Children 's Services Advisory Committee Grant <br /> privileges . The Self-Esteem Evaluation and Stress Management Evaluation are completed. <br /> Level IV is the Maintenance Level that prepares resident families towards graduation from the <br /> Center. While in this level, they are given the opportunity to maintain their own financial record <br /> keeping and banking. They have increased leadership responsibilities, positive role modeling <br /> among peers, and special project assistance to staff. They develop with the guidance of the case <br /> manager a plan with goals and objectives for living outside of the Center. In addition, they <br /> continue to attend all of the weekly classes, counseling, and educational opportunities as <br /> mandated by the Center. <br /> In addition, 24/7 staff provides direct parenting assistance, supervision and intervention. <br /> Children participate in weekly programs covering "Health and Safety", "Self-Esteem", and <br /> "Character Values". We have expanded our educational video library for toddlers through high <br /> school children covering additional topics. We also locate tutors for those children in our <br /> program that are encountering academic struggles. This has proved to make a significant impact <br /> on grades and on the child ' s self-esteem. <br /> 4. List staffing needed for your program, including required experience and estimated <br /> hours per week in program for each staff member and/or volunteers (This section <br /> should conform with the information in the Position Listing on the Budget Narrative <br /> Worksheet). <br /> Samaritan Center Maintains a 24 hour. 7 days per week staffing pattern. While it is desired that <br /> all staff have residential experience, this is not always possible. All staff receive a <br /> comprehensive formal training at the site level and at the Diocesan level and receive ongoing <br /> staff development opportunities .
