7, ff <br /> AMENDMENT . 0 . 3 <br /> THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT ("Amendment" ) is entered into this18th day of <br /> November, 2003 (" Effective Date") , by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS , having an address of 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach , Florida 32960 <br /> ("OWNER" ) and NINETY FIVE SOUTH , INC . , having an address of 6767 N . Wickham Road , <br /> Melbourne , Florida 32940 (" CONTRACTOR") . <br /> BACKGROUND RECITALS <br /> A . On April 9 , 2003 , OWNER and CONT PTOR entered into an Agreement for janitorial <br /> services ("Agreement") , <br /> B . Article 1 of the Agreement provides that the list of facilities may be changed by agreement <br /> of the parties . <br /> NOW THEREFORE , for good and valuable consideration , the receipt and sufficiency of <br /> which is hereby acknowledged , the parties hereto , intending to be legally bound , covenant and <br /> agrees to amend the Agreement as follows : <br /> 1 . From and after the Effective Date of this Amendment, the Sandridge Golf Course <br /> facilities shall receive janitorial services from CONTRACTOR for six (6 ) hours a day, seven (7 ) <br /> days a week , at the hourly rate of $ 14 . 00 per hour. <br /> 2 . All terms and provisions of the Agreement not amended by this Amendment shall be <br /> and remain in full force and effect. <br /> 3 .
