y h . Entire Agreement. This document incorporates and includes all prior negotiations, correspondence, conversations, agreements, or understandings applicable to the matters contained herein, and the parties agree that there are no commitments, agreements or understandings concerning the subject matter of this agreement that are not contained in this document. Accordingly, it is agreed that no deviation from the terms hereof shall be predicated upon any prior representation or agreements whether oral or written. It is further agreed that no modification, amendment, or alteration in the terms and conditions contained herein shall be effective unless contained in a written document executed with the same formality and of equal dignity wherewith . i. Disclaimer of Third Party Beneficiaries. Nothing in this agreement expressed or implied is intended or shall be construed to confer upon or give any person or corporation other than the parties hereto any right, remedy or claim under or by reason of this Agreement or any provisions or conditions hereto , and all of the provisions , representations, covenants and conditions herein contained shall inure to the soul benefit of all parties hereto and shall be binding upon said parties and their respective and express representatives, successors and assigns . J . Effective Date. Prior to this agreement, or any amendment hereto , becoming effective, it shall be approved and executed by all parties hereto ; and pursuant to Section 163 . 01 ( 11 ) , Florida Statutes (2003 ) , this Agreement shall become effective immediately after signing by the last party . k. Termination and Amendment. Except as otherwise provided herein, this Interlocal Agreement shall terminate automatically after completion of the project. 1. Notices. Any of all notices (except invoices) given or required under this agreement shall be in writing and either personally delivered with receipt acknowledgement or sent by certified mail , return receipt requested .
