PP" <br />OCT 2'0 1965 < � <br />BOOK 9 PAGE338 <br />WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 20, 1965 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />met in regular session on Wednesday, October 20, 1965, at the Court- <br />house, Vero Beach, Florida. All members were present. Also present <br />were John. H. Sutherland, County Attorney; Edwin S. Schmucker, County <br />Engineer; and Alfred H. Webber and Ruth Elliott, Deputy Clerks. <br />A large number'of property owners in the vicinity of 16th - <br />Street and the area lying west of 43rd Avenue and East of Kings High-. <br />way appeared before the Board and Mr. James L. Beindorf, spokesman <br />for one group presented the following Petition: <br />
