c4,;1 0 JY65 <br />BOOK PACE 354 <br />Chairman Graves announced that the Garden Club has accepted <br />the Board's request that they assist in the landscaping of the South <br />County Beach Park and have requested to meet with Commissioner Mac- <br />donald <br />and the County Engineer on November 1, at 9':00 o'clock A. M. <br />On Motion by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner <br />Haffield and unanimously carried, a small addition to the' west side <br />of the old health center building to be used for the clothing center <br />was approved. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers and unanimously carried, the following Budget Amendment was <br />approved, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1966: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Estimated Receipts <br />125. Aid to Library -State Funds $5.403.00 <br />Estimated Expenditures <br />677. Aid to Library -State Funds $5,403.00 <br />Motion was.made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by <br />Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously carried that a, pistol <br />permit be approved for Robert B. LeBase, Jr. <br />On Motion by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner <br />Haffield and carried the following Item to Item transfer for the <br />fiscal year ending September 30, 1965, was approved: <br />General Fund, From A/C 951 Contingencies to A/C 275.1 Expenses, Juvenile <br />Judge, $20.00. <br />Alfred H.. Webber, Deputy Clerk, reported that Indian River <br />County had received $52,500 excess race track funds than were anticipated <br />for the year ending September 30, 1965. On Motion by Commissioner <br />Haffield, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously carried, <br />the Clerk was authorized to deposit the funds as follows: General Fund, <br />$18;500 and Road and Bridge Fund,$34,000. <br />
