A Petition was
<br />Street from U.S.#1, east to 6th Avenue, and south on 6th Avenue from
<br />10th Street to U.S. #1, requesting the County•to widen, re -grade and
<br />presented signed by property owners on 10th
<br />surface 6th Avenue from 10th Street to U.S. #1. Motion was made by
<br />Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Waddell and unanimously
<br />carried, that the Petition be received and that the County Engineer
<br />.be instructed to run the line and prepare the necessary right-of-way
<br />deeds to pave 6th Avenue from its present terminus, 10th Street, to
<br />U. S. #1.
