EXHIBIT ` 3 ' <br /> TIME SCHEDULE <br /> WORK ORDER NO. 10 <br /> Time of Performance <br /> The estimated time frame for completion of services from the approval of this Work Authorization is a follows : <br /> 1 . Project CEI review : 2 weeks <br /> Construction Plans, specifications and Bid Documents <br /> 2 . Construction Administration : 70 to 80 days <br /> It is estimated that the substantial completion of the <br /> utility work will be complete within 60 days, <br /> and additional final inspections / close-out work <br /> ( 10 to 20 days +- ) will be necessary at the end of the <br /> overall 240 day project time line .
