<br /> The unit price bid for furnishing and installation/construction of the utility mains shall include, but is not limited to, utilities exploration,
<br /> coordination with any permitting agencies, audio-visual documentation, land clearing/tree
<br /> removal necessary for utility installation, trenching, removing, disposing of and replacing unsuitable (i.e., plastic or organic) material, dewatering,
<br /> installation of pipe and all appurtenances, trace wires, sleeves, fittings, restrainers,
<br /> filling trench, soil compaction, flushing, testing (pressure, bacteriological, and backfill density testing), irrigation repair, removal, disposition
<br /> and replacement of surface over trench to pre-construction conditions, restoration of any
<br /> pavement or sidewalk damaged or destroyed, removal and resetting or replacing existing guard rail necessary for utility installation, traffic maintenance/contro
<br />l, demobilization, Trench Safety Act Compliance, Payment Bond and
<br /> Performance Bond; and the unit price bid will also include restoration of any existing utilities, drainage facilities, signs, mailboxes, driveways,
<br /> etc. disturbed or damaged by the construction. All materials and installation shall be per
<br /> Indian River County Utility Standards and Specifications unless otherwise noted in the bid documents. Contractor will be provided with a copy of construction
<br /> plans in AutoCADD format, to use in preparing Record Drawings.
