� Q© G �1�1 <br /> SECOND AMENDMENT TO CUSTODIAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> This Second Amendment to Custodial Services Agreement ("Second Amendment") <br /> ("Agreement") is entered into effective No✓EP1dEP) ! N , 2006, by and between Indian River <br /> County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, 1840 251" Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960 <br /> ("County") and Heveron Group, Inc., a Florida corporation, having a principal place of business at <br /> 1872 Commerce Avenue, Suite A, Vero Beach, FL 32960, d/b/a Beachland Cleaning Service <br /> ("Contractor") . <br /> BACKGROUND RECITALS <br /> A. Effective October 1 , 2005, the County and the Contractor entered into the Custodial <br /> Services Agreement, as amended by First Amendment to Custodial Services Agreement dated <br /> effective October 1 , 2005 (as so amended, the "Agreement"). <br /> B. The County and the Contractor desire to amend the Agreement by adding additional <br /> services, in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement, as set forth in this Second <br /> Amendment. <br /> NOW THEREFORE , for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of <br /> which is hereby acknowledged , the parties hereto, intending to be legally bound, covenant and <br /> agree to amend the Jail Agreement as follows: <br /> 1 . The background recitals are true and correct and form a material part of this Second <br /> Amendment. <br /> 2 . From and after the effective date of this Second Amendment, the Services set forth <br /> on Exhibit "B" to the Agreement are amended by adding the additional services and <br /> compensation as set forth on Exhibit °A" attached hereto and incorporated by reference in its <br /> entirety. <br /> 3. All terms and conditions of the Agreement not amended herein remain in full force <br /> and effect. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the County and the Contractor have caused this Second <br /> Amendment to be signed by their respective duly authorized officers as of the day and year first <br /> stated above. <br /> Contractor: H RON GROUP, INC.
