Commissioner Waddell reported that it would 1. be July 1, 1966 <br />before we could get a county planner from the Regional Council. The <br />County Engineer was requested to write a letter to Bob Doyle of the <br />Regional Planning Council. and ask him if he could recommend someone else <br />for the work. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Haffield, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers and unanimously carried, that the county re-imburse the city. <br />up to $7,000.00 for lighting and facilities installed in the ball park <br />located on county property. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner <br />Haffield and unanimously carried, that the County Engineer write a letter <br />to Ambersand Beach Association, Inc, to the attention of Bishop Conkling, <br />calling their attention to the fact that• the facilities are not being <br />maintained as specified under the lease with the county. <br />. Motion was made by Commissioner Haffield, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers and unanimously carried, that Commissioner Waddell be authorized <br />to attend a tax reform committee. meeting on January 27, 1966. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner <br />Macdonald, and unanimously carried,that the Clerk be requested to write <br />a letter to the U. S. Department of Agriculture requesting any information <br />that might be ayailable.on the water resourses in this.area. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers and unanimously carried, that William G. Taylor, Architect, be <br />immediately employed to make preliminary plans on the Courthouse annex. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Haffield, seconded by. Commissioner <br />Waddell and unanimously carried, that Ralph Harris, Clerk and Ruth Elliott, <br />Deputy Clerk, be authorized to attend the Election workshop in Tallahassee <br />on January 19 and 20, 1966. <br />The Clerk reported that all fee officer's annual reports were filed <br />in the Clerk's office on or before'January 15, 1.966. <br />The Audit reports of Douglas Baker, former Clerk and John Gould <br />former Prosecuting Attorney were received and placed on• file.. <br />84'QK 9 PACE 479 <br />JA `moi 10(13 <br />
