Submit to : <br /> Indian River County <br /> Engineering Division <br /> 1801 27th Street <br /> Vero Beach , FL 32960 <br /> B . A letter of transmittal shall accompany each submittal . If data for more <br /> than one Section of the Specifications is submitted , a separate transmittal <br /> letter shall accompany the data submitted for each Section . <br /> C . At the beginning of each letter of transmittal , provide a reference heading <br /> indicating the following : <br /> 1 . OWNER'S Name <br /> 2 , Project Name <br /> 3 . Contract Number <br /> 4 . Transmittal Number <br /> 5 , Section Number <br /> D . All submittals shall have a title block with complete identifying information <br /> satisfactory to the ENGINEER .
