The Chairman read the foregoing Notice and bids were <br />received and opened as follows: <br />Rablen-West $859.10 <br />Wodtkes, Inc 531.37 <br />Commissioner Waddell moved that the bid received from <br />Wodtkes, Inc. be accepted. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers and unanimously carried. <br />Commissioner Macdonaldreported that the seedlings had <br />been planted at Dale Wimbrow Park and that after selective burning <br />is done by the Forest Service and the area adjacent to Roseland Road. <br />is bulldozed to make room, the remaining 2000 trees will be planted. <br />He also reported that he had been told that the Forest Service is <br />going to open a small area near their tower on Wimbrow Park for <br />camping. <br />Commissioner Waddell moved that Commissioner McCullers <br />and Commissioner Macdonald be authorized to make an inspection tour <br />of such parks as they would like to invesitgate. Motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Haffield and unanimously carried. <br />Mr. B. J. Kerley and Mr. Robert L. Seeley, representing <br />General Development Corporation, presented an Affidavit and. Exhibits <br />"A-1" and. "A-2" which are maps depicting certain real property owned <br />by General Development Corporation and. Exhibits "B-1" and "B-2" copies <br />of Cattle Grazing Leases, Robert H. Chesser as Lessee, with the <br />request that those lands shaded in redand presently leased to Robert <br />H. Chesser for cattle grazing purposes be zoned as agricultural lands <br />for tax purposes. After considerable discussion, Commissioner Waddell <br />moved that all of the lands that are colored in red, shown on Exhibit <br />"A-1", except those that have been placed in recorded subdivisions and <br />those which are being • <br />sold under sales proposalmapsf and., parcels 1 <br />and 2 as shown on Exhibit "A-2" shall be zoned as agricultural lands. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously carried. <br />The Board suggested that they contact the Tax Assessor on the platted <br />lands that are being used for agricultural purposes. <br />F E B 1965 <br />BOON ' PAGE 483 <br />
