fM <br />ECM <br />Mr. Richard T. Saccardi, President and Mr. Frank Wallace, <br />Vice -President of the Rockridge Property Owners Association requested <br />the County to do something about the drainage problem between 4th <br />Court and 4th Avenue, the condition of the street at Rockridge Boulevard <br />and. 15th Street, 4th Court and 17th Street, and the weeds -which have <br />covered a stop sign at 3rd Court and 17th Street. Commissioner Mc - <br />Cullers moved that the County Engineer be authorized to dig a swale <br />ditch and build an inlet to drain the rear lots between 4th Court <br />and 4th Avenue, north of Rockridge Boulevard. The Motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Waddell and unanimously carried. The Engineer was <br />instructed to take care of the other requests as soon as possible. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner <br />Macdonald and unanimously carried, the Chairman and the Clerk were <br />authorized to execute the Agreement to Convey with Takaho Corporation, <br />which is the right-of-way for the extension of North Gifford. Road <br />through the Takaho property. <br />The County Engineer presented an appraisal of the Swing <br />property at the Oslo dump. of $750 an acre. The appraisal was made <br />by Mr. Jack Tierney. Commissioner Waddell moved, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hatfield:and unanimously carried, that the Board offer <br />Mr. Swing $7,500 for the 12.7 acres, described as the SES of the SWC, <br />lying South of the South Relief Canal, Section 13, Township 33 South, <br />Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida; and, further, that <br />the following Resolution be adopted: <br />800K <br />9 PAGE 486 <br />
