RECORD/AS-BUILT DOCUMENTS <br />GENERAL <br />A. Maintain and provide the ENGINEER with record documents as specified below, <br />except where otherwise specified or modified in Divisions the Supplementary <br />Conditions. <br />B. Maintenance of Documents: <br />1. Maintain in CONTRACTOR's field office in clean, dry, legible condition <br />complete sets of the following: Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, approved <br />Shop Drawings, samples, photographs, Change Orders, other modifications of <br />Contract Documents, test records, survey data, Field Orders, and all other <br />documents pertinent to CONTRACTOR'S Work, <br />2. Provide files and racks for proper storage and easy access. <br />3. Make documents available at all times for inspection by ENGINEER and <br />OWNER. <br />4. Do not use record documents for any other purpose and do not remove them <br />from the field office. <br />C. Recording: <br />1. , Label each document "PROJECT RECORD" in 2 -inch high printed letters. <br />2. Keep record documents current. <br />3.
