The sack shall be manufactured to fit the opening of the catch <br /> basin or drop inlet and it shall have the following features : two dump <br /> straps attached at the bottom to facilitate emptying ; lifting loops , as an <br /> integral part of the system to be used to lift the sack from the basin ; <br /> and a yellow restraint chord approximately halfway up the sack to <br /> keep the sides away from the catch basin walls . The yellow restraint <br /> chord shall also serve as a visual means of indicating when the sack <br /> should be emptied . <br /> 2 . Installation : Install in each catch basin in accordance with the <br /> manufacturer' s specifications . Use as many of the specified filtration <br /> devices as required , at no additional cost to the OWNER . <br /> 3 . Removal : The Contractor will be responsible for removal of all filtration <br /> devices . <br /> 4 . Product : All materials shall be new and unused . <br /> a .
