<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN.
<br />that the Board of County Commis-
<br />sioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, will receive sealed bids
<br />to the hour of 9:00 o'clock A. M.
<br />on Wednesday, March 9, 1966, and
<br />at said time publicly open the
<br />same at a meeting of said Board
<br />to be held in the County Commis-
<br />sioners' Room, Indian River Coun-
<br />ty Courthouse, Vero Beach, Flor-
<br />ida, for sale to said County the
<br />following described personal prop-
<br />erty:

<br />endloader as set forth in
<br />specifications.
<br />2. One (1) New 4 -ton Hydraulic
<br />Crane to be mounted on a
<br />truck as set forth in specifi-

<br />on which will be mounted a
<br />Hydraulic Crane as set forth
<br />in specifications.

<br />Unit for an existing Lowboy
<br />Trailer as set forth in speci-
<br />fications.

<br />Sedan as set forth in speci-

<br />Side Bar Mower as set forth

<br />Truck Body with an Electric
<br />Hydraulic Lift Gate as set

<br />Diesel Engine as set forth in
<br />specifications.
<br />9. One (1) New Three -KW Air-
<br />Cooled,

<br />erator as set forth in speclfi

<br />Bid forms and detailed specifica-
<br />tions may be obtained upon appli-
<br />cation to the County Engineer's
<br />-Office, Room 114, Courthouse, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida.
<br />The County will furnish all tax,
<br />exemption certificates to which it
<br />is entitled and it reserves the right
<br />to reject any and all bids.
<br />All bids shall be in an envelope
<br />securely sealed, and marked on
<br />the outside, "Bid for .titetn iiuin-
<br />The Chairman read the foregoing Notice -and bids were received
<br />and opened as follows:
<br />Item No. 1- One New 1 3/4 yard, diesel -powered, track mounted front
<br />endloader.
<br />Kelly Tractor Company $ 21,439.67
<br />Fla-Ga.Tractor Company $. 21,075.00
<br />On the :.recommendation.of.the County Engineer, Motion was made by
<br />Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald, and unanimously
<br />carried, that the low bid of Florida -Georgia Tractor Company be accepted.
<br />Item No. 2 - One New 4 -ton Hydraulic crane to be mounted on a truck
<br />H. F. Mason Equipment Co. $ 6,751.75
<br />On Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner
<br />Haffield, the bid received from H. F. Mason Equipment Company was
<br />unanimously accepted.
