• . 1 <br />e <br />• <br />• <br />(vii) General shall not be liable to Lessee or <br />any agents, guests, servants or employees of Lessee <br />for any damage to persons or property by reason of <br />accidents of any kind whatsoever about or adjacent to <br />the leased property, the liability for any risk of all . <br />such damage being hereby assumed by Lessee except suoh <br />damage as may be caused by the negligence of General, <br />' its agents or employees. <br />6. Access. General shall at all times during the <br />term of this lease and any extensions thereof have the right <br />to go on, upon and across the leased property from time to time <br />for the purpose of removing lighterwood and stumps from the <br />leased property. General shall also have the right to go on' <br />upon and across the leased property for the purpose of causing <br />the same to be surveyed for the platting thereof and for the <br />purpose of constructing and digging drainage canals thereon <br />for the drainage of the leased property. General shall pay <br />all expenses required for the relocation of fences constructed <br />by Lessee on the leased property if such relocation becomes.• <br />necessary by reason of the digging. of any canals by General. <br />7. Termination. General shall have the right at any <br />time during the term of this lease and any extensions thereof: <br />to terminate the lease as to all or any part of the leased <br />property upon 120 days, written notice to Lessee stating the <br />date of termination and that portion of the leased property <br />as to which the lease is to be terminated. If the termination <br />extends to less than all of the leased property then Lessee <br />shall have 60 days from the date of receipt of such notice <br />to terminate the lease as to the balance of the leased <br />property.
