%. • <br />.:• <br />5. Lossoo's Obligations. Lessee agrees during the <br />t'orm of this lease and any extensions thereof that: <br />(i) Lessee shall not permit, commit or <br />suffer any waste, impairment or deterioration, <br />of the leased property or 'any part thereof. <br />(ii) Lessee shall not nor shall Lessee <br />permit any person to cut or remove any trees, <br />wood or timber from the leased property or to <br />remove any topsoil, rock, gravel, marl or mineral ' <br />of any kind or character from the leased property. <br />(iii) Lessee shall not create or excavate any <br />lakes, canals'or ditches on the leased property <br />except that Lessee may clear the leased property' <br />...for grazing purposes so long as Lessee does not <br />;cut or remove any trees, wood, timber, <br />or stumps from the leased property. <br />(iv) Lessee shall keep those portions of the <br />,:leased property utilized for grazing purposes en- <br />-closed so that the cattle and livestock of Lessee <br />will not stray beyond and outside of the leased <br />property. <br />(v) Lessee shall keep the leased property • <br />posted and patrolled against all trespassers and <br />:.shall take such steps as are necessary to protect <br />,the property against fire. <br />(vi) Lessee shall hold General harmless from <br />any claims for damages from any causes whatsoever <br />resulting from Lessee's use and operation of the <br />.leased property including but not limited to .damag•e:—: <br />to or by cattle and livestock swhich may have strap -A., <br />'ed ,or grazed outside o$' any, enclosures <br />on : th® - <br />leased property.'. <br />
