(»/l <br />RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County desires to immediately purchase <br />rights of way for a new approach to the Wabasso Bridge from U. S. <br />#1 to the Indian River; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been deemed necessary to request a $500,000 <br />loan under the Secondary Trust Fund by resolution dated September <br />22, 1965; and <br />WHEREAS, the listing of roads for this bond program has been <br />delayed due to insufficient information; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, in regular session <br />on this the 23rd day of March, A. D. 1966, that this Board does <br />hereby respectfully request the State Road Department to expend <br />existing Secondary Road Monies for the purchase of rights of way <br />for the new approach to the Wabasso Bridge, and when and if the <br />Secondary Trust Fund loan is secured, then a reimbursement to <br />the Secondary Road Monies from the Loan Program can be made; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be <br />forwarded to the State Road Department, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers and unanimously carried that the Beverage Department be notified <br />that the following applications conform to the zoning regulations of the <br />county: Keens Grocery, Beer and wine, package sales only and Calhoun's <br />Grocery, Winter Beach, beer, package sales only, license. <br />vAR <br />BOOK g PAGE 580 <br />
