Mr: Alfred Webber presented a Notice from the Trustees of the <br />Internal Improvement Fund of an application made by Lloyd & Associates <br />on behalf of Charles W. Eastman for the purchase of a parcel of submerged <br />land in the Indian River in Section 33, Township 30 South, Range 39 East, <br />Indian River County, lying westerly of and abutting Lot 23 of Ambersand <br />Beach Subdivision No. 2. No objections were expressed. <br />Mr. Roland Miller of Roland Miller Chevrolet Company appeared <br />before the Board and stated that there was a $1,000 error in the bid <br />submitted on Item No. 4, tractor truck unit for existing lowboy trailer, <br />which, was opened at the last meeting of the Board. The Engineer stated <br />that the truck does not meet specifications. No further action was <br />taken at this time pending further investigation of the matter. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County, having been <br />audited, were examined and found to be correct, were approved and warrants <br />issued in settlement of same as follows: General Fund Nos 5253 to 5289, <br />both inclusive; Road and Bridge Fund, Nos. 3427 to 3452, both inclusive; <br />and Fine and Forfeiture Fund, 530 and 531. Such bills and accounts <br />being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the <br />warrants so issued from the reppective funds being listed in the Sup- <br />plemental Minute Book and provided by the rules of the State Auditor, <br />reference to such record and list so recorded being made a part of <br />these minutes. <br />.There being no further business, on Motion made, seconded and <br />carried, the Board then adjourned. <br />ATTEST: <br />RA <br />ROBERT W.
