Exhibit E <br /> RESOLUTION NO 2006 - <br /> NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners <br /> of Indian River County , Florida that : <br /> Section 1 . <br /> The above recitals are ratified in their entirety <br /> Section 2 . <br /> The attached Indian River County Local Housing Assistance Plan <br /> for FY 2006 - 2007 , 2007 - 2008 , and 2008 - 2009 is hereby approved <br /> by the Board of County Commissioners . The County ' s Local <br /> Housing Assistance plan is a countywide plan and covers the <br /> unincorporated county as well as all municipalities within the <br /> county . <br /> Section 3 . <br /> The Board of County Commissioners directs staff to submit two <br /> copies of the Indian River County Local Housing Assistance <br /> Plan to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation by certified <br /> mail . A minimum of one of the two copies shall bear the <br /> original signature of the Board of County Commissioners <br /> Chairman . <br /> Section 4 . <br /> The county has determined that 5 % of SHIP funds is <br /> insufficient to administer the program . The county shall <br /> continue utilizing ten percent ( 10 % ) of the state SHIP <br /> allocation for administration of the SHIP Program . <br /> 2 <br />
