<br /> Otber experience. In either their consulting capacity or in their litigation support
<br /> capacity, Siver consultants have provided services for a number of private
<br /> enterprise clients about whom the County might have some familiarity. As a
<br /> small firm located in St. Petersburg, Florida, we have been gratified and flattered
<br /> that such clients have sought us out for our assistance. Among such clients are:
<br /> American District Telegraph Company, Bristol Myers, Burnup & Sims , Inc . , Con
<br /> Edison , Celotex, Dow Corning, Dow Chemical, Cooper Industries (McGraw
<br /> Edison), Emery Air Preight Corporation, Florida Progress Corporation, )Florida
<br /> Power & bight, General Electric , International Paper, Minnesota Mining &
<br /> Manufacturing (3M), People Express Airline, Inc . , Pfizer, Pic ` N Save Drug Co . ,
<br /> Inc. , Purolator Corporation, Scotty ' s, Inc . , Texaco, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc . , and
<br /> Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc .
<br /> CAVEAT
<br /> Our assistance and recommendations to the County will be offered solely in our capacity
<br /> as insurance consultants . We are not in the practice of Iaw and we will be recommending
<br /> that your legal counsel be involved in decisions. Additionally, we are not insurance
<br /> adjusters, engineers or accountants .
<br /> FEES
<br /> As is our normal practice, we propose to bill monthly for consulting services incurred
<br /> each month. At the end of each month, we will provide an invoice describing the date ,
<br /> name of person providing the services, a general description of the work performed,
<br /> hourly rate, and earned fee for our services during the month. Our fees will develop on
<br /> the following basis :
<br /> Consultants $ 150 per hour
<br /> Support/Para Professional $ 40 per hour
<br /> Customary out-of-pocket expenses would be in addition. We agree to have our billings,
<br /> including expenses, not to exceed $ 15 , 000 .
<br /> S1VER' S INDEPENDENCE
<br /> Siver is independently owned and not related to , or affiliated with, any other
<br /> organization. Siver is entirely owned by its officers and employees . We do not sell
<br /> insurance . We do not receive, directly or indirectly , any commissions, contingent
<br /> commissions or overrides . All of our income is directly derived froze the fees we charge
<br /> our clients . All income we receive as the result of, or in connection with , our services to
