S . 339 . 2818 , Department of Transportation - <br /> approved roadway projects involving repairing or rehabilitating <br /> county bridges , paving unpaved roads , addressing road - related <br /> drainage improvements , resurfacing or reconstructing county roads <br /> or in constructing capacity or safety improvements to county <br /> roads . All projects funded under this section shall be included in <br /> the department's work program developed pursuant to F . S . <br /> 339 . 135 . <br /> Allowable Costs : Direct project costs ( design , construction , construction engineering <br /> and inspection ) <br /> Cash Management : See Part III . <br /> Eligibility : Per F . S . 339 . 2818 , any county that has a population of 150 , 000 or <br /> less as determined by the most recent official estimate pursuant to <br /> F .
