<br /> ' Project Description : Furnish all labor and materials necessary to construct a post treatment w
<br /> facility and odor control system, including but not limited to; two degasifiers , a two stage wet y
<br /> scrubber system and all associated piping , recirculation pumps , blowers, and duct work, a -�
<br /> ' concrete clearwell structure including excavation, backfill, grading, yard piping and valve
<br /> installation installation of three 50 HP vertical turbine transfer pumps with variable frequency ry
<br /> ' drives including all electrical power and controls , painting, sodium hydroxide and sodium
<br /> hypochlorite chemical system improvements, including bulk tanks , metering pumps, FRP piping
<br /> replacement of raw water, pretreatment water, concentrate, and permeate with HDPE and
<br /> ' stainless steel , four (4) cartridge filter vessels, piping, valves, testing of piping, and
<br /> bacteriological clearance of system , as depicted on the drawings and described in these
<br /> ' documents . Furnish construction trailer(s) including all setup , monthly charges and removal
<br /> costs . The size and quantity shall be determined by the contractor. The trailer(s) shall remain
<br /> on- site for the duration of the project and be equipped with power, phone lines, and air
<br /> ' conditioning . At least one trailer shall be provided for the purpose of project meeting described
<br /> in Section 01200, and shall include 8 chairs (min) , table ( s) , fax machine and phone, and have a 2 -
<br /> phone line service to trailer.

<br /> NOW , THEREFORE , THE CONDITIONS OF THIS OBLIGATION ARE SUCH , that if the
<br /> Principal shall in all respects comply with the terms and conditions of said Contract and

<br /> obligations thereunder , including all of the Contract Documents therein referred to and made a �
<br /> part thereof, and such alterations as may be made in the Contract Drawings and Specifications
<br /> ' as therein provided for , and shall indemnify and save harmless the County of Indian
<br />River
<br /> against and from all expenses , damages , injury or conduct , want of care of skill , negligence or
<br /> default , including patent infringement on the part of the Principal , his agents or employees , in the
